In order to begin any process, your consent signature and payment of our service fee is required. Any fee received by E-Migration is NON-REFUNDABLE, since the internal work process for your application begins on day one; even if, in the end, it is not possible for the application to be delivered to immigration due to factors beyond E-Migration. The fee for our services is for completing the application and the accompanying paperwork; this fee does not include payment to any government office and is not related to any decision by immigration. All documents and information to complete any application will be provided by the client. We, E-Migration, are not responsible for providing any documents or information. The lack of documents or information for the forms could cause a delay in delivery to immigration and it is the client's responsibility to provide them. If the client takes more than 3 months to provide any document or information, additional charges may apply for updating forms. E-Migration assumes no responsibility for false, incomplete or erroneous documents or information. E-Migration is authorized to create an email account under client's name as an identifier for monitoring and send information or documents to immigration office, as required by each case.

Si el cliente tarda más de 3 meses en proveer algún documento o información, podrían aplicar cargos adicionales por actualización de formas. E-Migration está autorizado para crear una cuenta de correo electrónico con nombre del cliente como identificador para el monitoreo y envío de información o documentos a migración, según caso lo requiera.
